This project is meant to preserve the stories of the people who helped make the community what it is today. I’ll speak with coaches, teachers, administrators, and alumni for various perspectives on the school community.
After each year of interviews, the segments will be downloaded on hard drives, physically transcribed, printed, and then donated to the Sachem Public Library’s Long Island History Room and the libraries at Sachem North and Sachem East for historic preservation.
